Born on 27 December 1994 in a Mathura family rooted in the building materials trade, I started Bansal Foods while still a student — from a simple observation that our city deserved good food and good ambience together, at a price that made sense.
Over ten years later, that observation has grown into a recognised city name and, alongside it, a public role that lets me speak up for the small and micro enterprises that quietly power Mathura's economy.
